Bio
Dr. Tondi Mondoloka is a trusted thought partner known for her passion for building resilient organizations and teams. She has over a decade of driving data-driven strategies, operational excellence, and people-centered transformation across the federal government and private sector. She has worked in General Dynamics Information Technology, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and the MITRE Corporation. She has delivered impactful solutions to internal clients at these companies and externally, including the Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services.
Tondi is a proud member of several leading professional communities at the intersection of psychology, risk management, strategy, and systems leadership: the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
She is an NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) with expertise in government and commercial contract management. She is also a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Tondi earned her doctorate in Business Psychology with a consulting focus from The Chicago School, where her research focused on how organizations navigate low-probability, high-consequence crisis events. Her dissertation, The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT): An Exploration of Culture as a Driver of Organizational Resilience, examined how culture drove ERCOT’s ability to prepare for, cope, and adapt after 2021’s winter storm Uri. She holds an MBA from the Marist School of Management and a master’s degree in communication from Marist University. Tondi completed her bachelor’s degree in history and psychology from The College of William & Mary in three years.
