Professional Bio
Dr. Tondi Mondoloka is an organizational psychologist, resilience strategist, and founder of Verve Solutions™. Known as The Org Doc™, she helps leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen performance, and build capacity for uncertainty. Her research on organizational resilience, including her dissertation on ERCOT’s cultural failures during 2021’s winter storm Yuri, explores how systems, people, and external pressures interact during low-probability, high-consequence events. She writes FACETS and FLUX, a Substack where she examines organizational dynamics, risk, and the future of work. Tondi has coauthored peer-reviewed articles, appeared on podcasts, and regularly discusses resilience, leadership, culture, and the human side of organizational effectiveness.
